TBB acts for Goodman Property Trust in relation to the sale and lease back of the Sky Television site in Mt Wellington.

TBB’s transaction focus complimented the Goodman deal team in this acquisition which also involved a lease back to Sky Television. From a commercial perspective we enjoyed being immersed in a transaction which was ultimately accretive for both the vendor’s and purchaser’s (differing) business strategies.
