Tom’s practice ranges from providing full support to listed/institutional-grade organisations whilst also being able to meet the more dynamic and agile requirements of a stable of high profile private owners/developers and family offices.

Tom also has a growing practice in the iwi sector and is often involved with strategic and commercial decision-making within such portfolios, in particular specialising in ground lease matters. Finally, Tom often leads the firm’s property support function on multi-disciplinary / M&A transactions and is consequently highly regarded by colleagues within the top-tier boutique network of firms in Auckland.
