With a particular interest in development work and subdivisions, Kelly has a passion for all things property related.
Originally from Christchurch, Kelly has over 20 years’ experience in small, medium and large law firms. Kelly has acted for clients in all phases of property development from the due diligence, acquisition, development financing, subdivision, sell-down through to settlements. Kelly brings extensive experience in this area of property law as well as an in-depth understanding of the technical processes that will enable her to work closely alongside clients to ensure projects run smoothly. She also has vast experience acting for clients in other areas of property law including fee simple subdivisions, complex title dealings, due diligence investigations, cross-lease rectification and freeholding.
