Helen is passionate about property law and provides a client focused pragmatic approach to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
Helen joined Thompson Blackie Biddles in August 2021 having started her legal career in 2017 at a top tier NZ law firm. Helen graduated from the University of Otago with a double degree LLB/BA (majoring in Human Geography).
Helen has advised and acted in relation to acquisitions and disposals, alternative housing arrangements (such as Build to Rent and shared home ownership schemes), leasing and a range of due diligence investigations acting for vendors, purchasers and lenders.
Helen enjoys the human aspect of the law and applies a client focused approach to her work.
